Use this simple template Open Listing Agreement to draw up a contract between a realtor and a property owner, giving the realtor a non-exclusive right to list the property for sale for a specified time period.

A minimum selling price is specified. The owner retains the right to sell the property directly, without paying commission, if the realtor did not locate the buyer. The owner also has the right to list the property with other realtors. If a deposit is forfeited by a buyer introduced by the realtor, the realtor can retain 50% of the deposit.
