Alberta Land Titles Form 28A Partial Transfer of Caveat, which transfers a caveat from the original caveator to a transferee with respect to only part of the land against which the caveat is registered. The form is in MS Word format which can be filled out either by hand or on a computer and filed with a Registry office. This is a Canadian form.
