Manufacturers, appoint distributors of your products with this Product Supply Agreement. This Agreement is for exclusive worldwide distributorship. Other provisions of the Agreement include:

• The manufacturer agrees not to sell to any other party, and will supply and sell to the buyer without interruption.


• The buyer will devote its best efforts to promote, sell and develop demand for the products.


• The manufacturer will refer all leads to the buyer.
