Use this template to prepare a Program Deed & Special Power of Attorney with respect to the purchase of a time share interest / ownership in a vacation resort condominium in the State of Hawaii. Provisions of the deed include:

• The purchaser will have certain rights in common with other owners and with the developer/operator of the property, including voting rights and membership in the vacation owners' association, usage rights, and the right to transfer its ownership interest to another party.
  
• The purchaser covenants and promises to obey the condominium documents and to do and perform everything that is required of an owner.
  
• The deed includes a special power of attorney appointing the developer/operator as the purchaser's attorney to exercise the purchaser's reserved rights under the transfer deed to alter or modify the project, consolidate units, execute documents for the transaction, etc.
