BC landlords, rent a house, apartment, mobile home, or condominium to a tenant with this Residential Lease / Tenancy Agreement. The Agreement can be used for either a fixed term lease (such as 6 months, 1 year, etc.) or for a periodic tenancy (month to month or week to week). Provisions of the Agreement include:

• payment and disposition of security deposit;
  
• late charges for overdue rent;
  
• landlord's right of entry;
  
• responsibility for repairs and maintenance;
  
• emergency repairs;
  
• subletting or assignment by tenant;
  
• rent increases;
  
• alterations and improvements;
  
• tenant's responsibility to carry renter's insurance;
  
• pets;
  
• termination by either party in accordance with provincial landlord-tenant law.

The Agreement can also used to rent mobile homes or mobile home sites.
