Use this template to prepare a Salt Water Disposal Agreement with respect to oil and gas properties in the Province of Alberta. The owner of the interest in the lands allows the grantee to drill an input well and use the well for oil and gas exploration and disposal of fluids, in exchange for an annual rental.

The Agreement also includes:

• Consent of Non-Owning Spouse,
  
• Form of acknowledgement required under The Homesteads Act,
  
• Affidavit of Execution.
