Scrambled Eggs & Bean Sprouts
SCRAMBLED EGGS & BEAN SPROUTS
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 can bean sprouts, well drained
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
6 eggs
Dash pepper
Toast
Melt butter in a large skillet, saute onions for 1 min. Add bean sprouts and mix lightly. Combine salt, soy sauce, pepper and eggs and beat slightly. Pour over bean sprouts in skillet. Scramble and cook over low heat until set.
Serve on hot buttered toast. Serves 4.
