SOUR CREAM CUPCAKES

This is an old recipe - my aunt used to make these to serve with tea, like scones or tea biscuits.

1 c. white sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
Raisins as desired
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together, bake in greased muffin tins at 350F. until browned (about 15-20 minutes).
