Use this template to prepare four (4) Spousal Trust Transfer of Assets forms for use specifically in Canada. This package contains bills of sale for the transfer of certain assets from:

• a spousal trust to an individual,
  
• the individual to a holding company,
  
• the holding company to an international investment corporation,
  
• the investment corporation to the trust.

These documents form part of a spousal trust structure pursuant to the requirements of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and ITA Regulations. Each bill of sale contains the following provisions:

• assignment and purchase price,
  
• quiet possession,
  
• closing and effective date,
  
• representations and warranties of the buyer (purchaser) and seller (vendor),
  
• payment of purchase price,
  
• further assurances of the purchaser and vendor.
