Mississippi subcontractors and suppliers, are you still waiting for payment for labor or materials supplied to a construction project? Use this template to prepare and serve a Stop Notice.

The Notice must be served on the construction lender and the property owner. It gives details of the amounts still owing to the subcontractor or supplier with respect to labor, services, or materials provided to a work site and not yet paid for, and requests that the lender not advance any additional funds until the debt is paid.
