- The agency maintains no office, agency or other establishment within Canada, and does not do business in Canada.
- The company agrees to perform some of the agency's contractual obligations in Canada under an Income Stabilization Agreement and will be paid the fees for performing same.
- The terms of the subcontract coincide with the Income Stabilization Agreement and will terminate at the same time, should the Stabilization Agreement be terminated.
- The subcontractor earns a net profit calculated as a percentage of fees paid to it by a client to whom the employee is loaned out. Any deficiency will be reimbursed by the agency.
