Hawaii tenants, if you need to terminate a weekly or bi-weekly tenancy, you must serve your landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Termination and Intention to Vacate, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code. This type of notice would ONLY be used for tenancies with less than a month-to-month rental period (such as week-to-week).

This form notifies the landlord that the rental agreement will be terminated by the date specified in the Notice, and that the tenant will vacate the premises by that date. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
