Connecticut tenants, is your landlord in breach of the rental agreement? Serve the landlord with this Tenant Notice to Remedy Breach, in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes. This form is to be used ONLY for those tenancies with a term greater than one month. The Notice sets out:

• the details that caused the breach,
  
• landlord has 15 days from receipt of the notice to remedy the breach (default),
  
• if landlord remedies the breach within 15 days, the tenancy continues,
  
• if landlord does not remedy the breach within 15 days the rental agreement terminates.
