Tomato Soup Spice Cake
QUICK TOMATO SOUP SPICE CAKE
Ingredients:
1 spice cake mix
1 10-oz. can tomato soup
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. dark raisins
Mix spice cake batter according to package directions, using the soup and water as liquid. Fold nuts and raisins into batter. Pour into buttered 8" square cake pan. Bake according to package directions – cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
