Use this template to create a Voting Trust Declaration to be made by a trustee who holds certain shares as bare trustee on behalf of a number of beneficiaries.

The trustee will vote and deal with the shares as the owners direct. The owners acknowledge the trustee's declarations, appoint the trustee as proxy, and grant the other owners a right of first refusal to purchase their shares.
