The last will and testament of the legendary Scottish Highland clan chief Robert MacGregor, known as Rob Roy (or Red Robert, because of his red beard). Outlawed for debts incurred in cattle dealing, he fled to the hills and lived by robbing his creditor the Duke of Montrose. Popular legend idealized Rob Roy's crimes as robbing the rich to pay the poor.
