In most cases, yes. All MS Word forms are fully editable. Some PDF forms are fill-in forms. If the document is copyrighted material, you will not be allowed to make changes to it.

It may mean that you don't have Office installed on your computer. Please contact us with the name and version of the word processing program you are using so we can convert the document to a format you can use.

Save the downloaded file to your computer first. Then open the file - it should automatically unzip (decompress). The .zip file contains all the forms you purchased. If this still doesn't work for you, give us a call toll-free at 1-866-634-2369 (MEGADOX) and we will email you the forms.

Our site will automatically send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive one within 15 minutes after you make a purchase, the SPAM filters in your email program may be blocking our messages to you. Check your SPAM folder to look for the confirmation. We provide documents in either MS Office formats (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), or as Adobe PDF files. We can also convert many of the forms into another format if necessary.
