Manage residential and commercial rental properties in Iowa with these downloadable Property Management Forms.

Under Iowa law, anyone engaging in property management activities on behalf of a landlord, including leasing, renting, collecting rents, listing properties, and negotiating leases, must have a real estate broker's license. However, resident managers are exempt from the license requirement.

To obtain a broker's license, you must be at least 18 years of age, have 24 months active experience as a real estate salesperson, and complete the broker education course.
