Landlords may make application to the First-Tier Tribunal with this free Form AT3(L) Landlord Application for Assured Tenancies, under Scottish law.

• The landlord may apply to the First-Tier Tribunal for a determination of the terms of a statutory assured tenancy after a tenant has served you with a Notice AT1(T) to propose a change in the terms of a tenancy agreement.
• The landlord may also apply for a determination of rent for the tenancy under Section 17(3) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.
• This application form is only for use by landlords.
