Arrest Warrant for Witness in Pending Criminal Case (USA)

Obtain an Arrest Warrant for a witness or material witness who failed to appear to testify in a pending criminal case with this US District Court Form AO443.

• The witness must either:
  • have been served with a subpoena to appear and failed to do so, or
  • be a material witness for which proceedings are necessary under 18 U.S.C. S. 3144.
