Anyone actively involved in the leasing or renting of property in Delaware must have a real estate broker's license. This includes listing or offering a property for rent, negotiating leases, and obtaining tenants. A license is not required to collect rents and security deposits, perform maintenance, or look after the financial affairs of the building.
Condo and community association managers are not required to be licensed.
