Yes, you can download your documents immediately after purchase. They are fully editable, and can be printed from your computer. If you are unable to download for any reason, we can email the forms to you.

If you prefer, we do take telephone orders over our toll-free line (1-866-634-2369), but you must provide a valid email address so we can send you your forms. It's not necessary to sign up as a member to buy our forms. We provide documents in either MS Office formats (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), or as Adobe PDF files. We can also convert many of the forms into another format if necessary.

In most cases, yes. All MS Word forms are fully editable. Some PDF forms are fill-in forms. If the document is copyrighted material, you will not be allowed to make changes to it.

If you do not receive one within 15 minutes after you make a purchase, the SPAM filters in your email program may be blocking our messages to you. Check your SPAM folder to look for the confirmation. It may mean that you don't have Office installed on your computer. Please contact us with the name and version of the word processing program you are using so we can convert the document to a format you can use.
