USA Music Copyright License & Royalty Agreement

Under the terms of this USA Music Copyright License & Royalty Agreement, a music publisher gives a record company the right to use copyrighted music.

• In return for getting the rights to record the songs / compositions, the record company pays the publisher a royalty on each sale of the recording.
• The license is only for music products manufactured and sold in the United States.
• The record company must provide quarterly statements and royalty payments to the publisher.
