Alberta Foreign Ownership Declaration Form 4 Citizenship and Corporate Ownership Declaration for Trustees. A foreign ownership declaration must be provided by every beneficial owner of controlled land (land outside municipal boundaries) in the Province of Alberta. This form of declaration is to be given by any person who will be acting as a trustee, i.e. holding the interest in trust for or on behalf of another party. The form is in MS Word format and can be completed either by hand or on a computer and filed with the Foreign Ownership of Land Administration office. This is a Canadian form, GS 26 (99/06).
