Addendum to Lease or Rental Agreement re: Waterbed

Use this template to create an Addendum to a lease or rental agreement which allows a tenant, with the consent of the landlord, to install a waterbed (within certain specifications) on the premises. The tenant is responsible for:

• hiring professionals to install the waterbed in a predetermined location as agreed to by the landlord;
• paying for applicable insurance coverage;
• providing an additional damage deposit.
