Canadian talent managers, sign up bands and solo artists for your services with this Musical Artist Management Agreement for Canada.

• The manager will provide advice, representation, promotion, guidance and business acumen, and supervise and guide the career and professional development of the artist.
• In return for the services, the manager will be paid a percentage of the Artist's gross earnings.
• If the Artist incorporates, the manager will also be entitled to shares in the corporation.
• The manager will be the sole personal manager of the Artist, but will not provide services exclusively to the Artist.
• The Artist appoints the manager as its attorney-in-fact to sign contracts on its behalf.
