Employee Agreement re Inventions

Employers, if you are involved in developing new products, technology, or processes, protect your investment and your interest in inventions and innovations created by your employees by having them sign this Employee Agreement re Inventions.

• The employee assigns all of his/her right, title and interest in all inventions, patents and improvements developed by the employee in connection with his/her employment.
• The employee will take all actions required to aid the employer in securing domestic and foreign patent rights.
• The employee also agrees to keep all the employer's proprietary information confidential and not disclose any or all of such information.
