Terms of the Extension

Under this agreement, the parties agree to prolong the lease term for an additional period of time past the expiration date. The new rental payments will be payable at a specified monthly rate during the extended period.

The tenant will have no further right to extend or renew the lease.

Original Lease Provisions Remain

All remaining terms and provisions of the original lease remain in full force and effect.
