Employment Agreement for CEO | China

This Employment Agreement is designed for the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a company operating in China.

The agreement is prepared in English, with the understanding that a Chinese translation may be necessary to ensure legal enforceability under the laws of the People's Republic of China (PRC).

1. Employment Terms

The CEO shall be engaged on a contract basis, in accordance with the Labor Laws of the PRC. Upon completion of the initial employment term, both parties reserve the right to renew the Agreement as mutually agreed.

2. Responsibilities

The CEO will oversee all major operational functions of the company. Key duties include:

  • Implementing a comprehensive management system
  • Supervising all operational and financial aspects of the business
  • Establishing an effective problem-solving system
  • Managing and supervising other members of the managerial staff
  • Ensuring full compliance with all applicable PRC laws and regulations

  • Formulating and executing strategic plans for company growth

3. Compensation

The CEO shall receive a monthly salary. In addition, the CEO will be granted stock options in accordance with the company's official stock option plan.

Hong Kong Executive Services Agreement

Hire an executive director for a company based in Hong Kong with this fully editable Executive Services Agreement.

  • The executive's duties will include formulating and implementing corporate development strategies, investor relations, handling mergers and acquisitions, and similar duties.
  • The executive's salary will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors. Each fiscal year, a discretionary bonus will be paid.

Management Employment Contract | China
