Any person or firm who supplies labor, materials or services to a construction or improvement project in Ontario can file a lien under the Ontario Construction Lien Act. The lien must be registered at the Land Titles Office within 60 days from the date the last work is completed or the last services or materials are supplied to the job site.

Ontario Financial Guarantee Bond under Subsection 78 (10)

Prepare a Financial Guarantee Bond under Subsection 78 (10) of the Ontario Construction Lien Act with this template form.

  • This form of bond is to be used when title to a property is being transferred from a mortgagee to a purchaser.
