ACT Commercial Lease Disclosure Statement

Provide a prospective business tenant with this Disclosure Statement for a commercial rental property in Australian Capital Territory, as required by the Leases (Commercial and Retail) Act 2001.

Australia Retail Premises Lease with Turnover Rent Provision
