Manage rental premises in the State of South Dakota with these easy-to-use template forms for residential and commercial properties. Downloadable, affordable and reusable.

Unlike most other U.S. states, South Dakota does not require property managers to hold a real estate broker's license. However, if the property manager is engaged in leasing or renting activities, he or she must obtain a property manager's license from the South Dakota Real Estate Commission.

In order to get a license, the applicant must be at least 18 years of age, and a citizen or legal resident of the United States. He or she must complete a property management fundamentals course, and must pass the examination with a grade of at least 75%.
