Get downloadable Texas Mortgage Forms to secure a loan for the purchase of real property.
Mortgage lenders, bankers and mortgage companies are licensed and regulated by the State Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. The Department also investigates consumer complaints related to mortgages.
The housing market and the mortgage industry in Texas are both strictly regulated, which protected Texans from the housing bubble that devastated markets in much of the rest of the United States.

Texas Deed of Trust
Transfer title of a Texas real estate property from a seller to a trustee with this Texas Deed of Trust form.
- A Deed of Trust can be substituted for a mortgage deed in the purchase of real estate property except for agricultural farm land.
