As a subscriber, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You authorize MegaDox.com to charge your credit card the agreed fee each calendar month during the term of the subscription.
If you are a month-to-month subscriber, you agree to give MegaDox.com written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date. If notice of termination is not received within the 30-day period, the next upcoming monthly payment will be processed. You agree to a minimum subscription of 3 months.
If you have prepaid for 6 or 12 months, you agree to give MegaDox.com written notice of termination at least sixty (60) days prior to your next billing date. If notice of termination is not received within the 60-day period, your credit card will be billed for one additional month's service at the month-to-month rate.
No refunds for partial months will be given.
You agree to notify MegaDox.com of any changes to your customer information, including but not limited to: credit card numbers and expiry dates, billing address, email, and phone numbers.
You acknowledge that, because its server is remotely hosted, MegaDox.com cannot guarantee that its website will be available continuously at all times. However, MegaDox.com will credit your account if the downtime exceeds twenty-four (24) continuous hours. (For clarification, the total aggregate server downtime we have experienced over the past 4 years has totalled less than 30 minutes.)
You agree to abide by the general Conditions of Use governing customers' use of the MegaDox.com website.
