Let dorm rooms to university students in South Australia under this Dormitory Housing Tenancy Agreement.
- The university housing authority grants the student a license to use a dormitory room, toilet, bath, kitchen, lounge, and the common areas of the dormitory.
- Any unpaid rent and other amounts owing by the student may be deducted from the rental bond.
- The student must notify the landlord immediately if s/he ceases to be a student of the university.
- If the student terminates the tenancy early, he/she must remains liable for the rental for the balance of the term unless the housing authority can find a replacement tenant.
