Hawaii landlords, if your tenant has failed to perform his/her obligations under the rental agreement, serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Agreement, in accordance with the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

The Notice sets out the details of the breach, and informs the tenant that the breach must be remedied by a date specified in the Notice.
If the tenant does not remedy the breach by that date, the landlord may either terminate the rental agreement or remedy the breach at the tenant's expense.
A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the form is served on the tenant.
