• The agent is appointed as sole and exclusive selling agent within the territory.
• The appointment is subject to approval by the directors at the next general meeting, pursuant to section 294(2) of the Companies Act 1956.
• The initial term of the appointment is for 5 years.
• The manufacturer will refer all inquiries and orders for sales within the territory to the selling agent.
• The appointment is subject to any variance by the Central Government.
