Ohio Unconditional Waiver and Release of Lien on Progress Payment
Under Ohio law, contractors must release lien rights within 30 days of receiving a progress payment. Use this Unconditional Waiver and Release form when the payment check has cleared and you have received the funds.
- The contractor warrants to the property owner that all of the laborers, suppliers and subtrades have been paid and that there are no outstanding invoices for the period covered by the progress payment.
- The contractor also warrants that the work was done and materials supplied to the quality specified in the plans.
- This template is for progress payments only, not for final payments.
After you purchase the Ohio Unconditional Waiver and Release of Lien, you can download the form and use it for all your projects.
