Washington Notice of Termination by Tenant

WA tenants, terminate your rental agreement by serving your landlord with this Washington Notice of Termination and Intention to Vacate by Tenant.

• The Notice is required under the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
• This notice is to be used for a tenancy under a lease which has a specified expiry date, and NOT for a periodic tenancy (such as month to month).
• The Notice informs the landlord that the rental lease and tenancy will be terminated on a date specified in the form, and that the tenant intends to vacate the rental premises by that date.
• A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
