ACT Notice to Remedy Breach Other than Nonpayment of Rent

If your tenant has breached the lease in any way other than nonpayment of rent, serve them with this Notice to Remedy Breach, pursuant to the Australian Capital Territory Residential Tenancies Act 1997. 

  • The tenant is notified that he ⁄ she is in breach of the lease and is required to remedy the breach within a specified time frame, failing which the landlord shall give notice of termination.

  • The tenant has 14 days from the date the Notice is served to remedy the breach.
