State Law Regarding Lien Waivers

Colorado law does not require specific statutory forms for lien waivers. The forms used must contain clear and unambiguous language and must specifically state the lien claimant's intent to waive its lien rights.

Unconditional waivers are allowed under State law, but should only be used if you have actually received payment.
