This Agreement is for landlords in New Brunswick who want to hire one of their tenants to perform the duties of resident manager of a rental building. The tenant agrees to assume the responsibilities of managing the property in exchange for free or reduced rent, as well as a monthly management fee.

Compensation

Duties and Responsibilities of Resident Manager

  • Issuing eviction and default notices to tenants as needed.
  • Inspecting rental units after a tenancy ends and the tenant has vacated the premises.
  • Showing vacant rental units to prospective tenants.
  • Performing groundskeeping and maintenance tasks for the building.
