This is the standard form of tenancy agreement that meets all the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.

The landlord or landlord's agent must provide the tenant with a copy of the signed Agreement and all attachments, along with 2 printed copies or 1 electronic copy of the completed premises condition report, and a copy of the Tenant Information Statement.
