Use this online form to get a bond refunded from New Zealand Tenancy Services.

• The Refund form must be completed and signed by both the tenant and the lessor or managing agent at the end of a residential tenancy.
• If there is more than one tenant, all tenants must sign the form before the bond will be released.
• If the bond was lodged after 2 December 2024, the signature page of the tenancy agreement must be included.
• The form includes a section to instruct Tenancy Services how much of the bond is to be refunded to each party.
• It also contains information about the refund process and instructions on how to complete the Refund form.
