Bond Refund Form | New Zealand

The Refund form must be completed and signed by both the tenant and the lessor or managing agent at the end of a residential tenancy.
If there is more than one tenant, all tenants must sign the form before the bond will be released.
If the bond was lodged after 2 December 2024, the signature page of the tenancy agreement must be included.
The form includes a section to instruct Tenancy Services how much of the bond is to be refunded to each party.
It also contains information about the refund process and instructions on how to complete the Refund form.
