NSW Residential Tenancy Condition Report
Record the condition of a rental premises prior to the tenant moving in with this free Condition Report form from Fairtrading.nsw.gov.au.
What is the purpose of this form?
Pursuant to the NSW Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019, prior to the start of the tenancy the landlord (or agent) and the tenant must each inspect the rental unit and complete the relevant sections of the form.
At the end of the tenancy, the parties should complete a copy of the form indicating the condition of the rental unit and noting any changes from the original report.
The completed Condition Report Form can be used as evidence if there is a dispute between the parties as to any loss or damage to the property during the tenancy.
