The Code of Conduct is to be followed by all cast and crew during filming in order to promote a harmonious relationship between the production crew and residents and businesses located in the filming area.
Crew members are prohibited from trespassing on any private property other than the location where shooting is scheduled.
Filming permits must be posted in prominent locations and residents and business owners notified when and where shooting will be taking place.
Restrictions and instructions regarding parking, trash removal, smoking, etc.
The location must be restored to its original condition after shooting wraps up.

The screenwriter acknowledges that the submission of the script and the execution of the Agreement does not create confidential or fiduciary relationship between the screenwriter and the producer.
The screenwriter represents that the material submitted is an original work, and that s/he is the sole owner.
The screenwriter will not be entitled to compensation for the use of similar or identical material developed independently of the writer's submission.
The screenwriter releases and indemnifies the producer against claims, loss and damages.
Don't accept any original material unless it's accompanied by a signed Script Submission Agreement. If you do, you could open yourself up to a future legal claim.

The agreement is between the writers themselves and not with a production company.
The agreement covers the relationship between the writers with respect to creation and protection of the material.
The work will be registered with the Writers Guild of America and the US Copyright Office (if applicable) as a joint work.
