- The Lien Statement can be used by garage owners and mechanics who have performed repair or maintenance work, or provided parts and supplies for repairs to a vehicle.
- The form also contains a Mechanic's Lien Receipt and Release of Mechanic's Lien to be provided to the vehicle owner after you have received payment in full.
