The horse owner agrees to pay a monthly boarding fee, plus additional fees for shoeing and worming as necessary.
The owner is also responsible for any necessary veterinary, farrier, training and other charges incurred by the stable.
The boarding fee includes feed and hay, and pasture access.
The owner must provide proof of vaccinations and up-to-date medical records, including negative Coggins Test and certificates of VEE, WEE, sleeping sickness, West Nile and tetanus.
The owner authorizes the stable to obtain veterinary and/or blacksmith care if it becomes necessary, at the owner's expense.
The horse must be halter broken. The stable reserves the right to obtain training, if necessary, at the owner's expense.
The owner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate equine insurance.
The parties agree to submit any disputes to the Equine Dispute Resolution Service.
The owner agrees to indemnify and hold the stable harmless against any and all claims and causes of action.
