Legal Requirements
- The lease is a month to month lease. The landlord must give at least 6 months' notice before terminating the lease. The tenant must give at least 2 months' notice.

- Alterations to or deletions from the lease form must be in accordance with Sections 10 and 11 of the lease.
Optional Provisions
